What Coach Kevin Looks For

The Details Behind a More Repeatable Shot

The goal is not to overwhelm a player with a long list of changes. The assessment identifies the highest-priority issue that can help create a stronger foundation.

  • Balance, stance and lower-body alignment
  • Footwork and preparation into the shot
  • Ball path, release and follow-through
  • Timing, rhythm and transfer of energy
  • One or two priority corrections to work on first
